PAYMENT

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payment with Shopify Payments powered by Stripe technology that allows to use all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and  Google Pay, Apple Pay. 

 

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

You are charged once an order is placed. It may take a few days before we appear on you credit card statement. 

 

SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

We source our products from several locations so they are new and upto date with the latest trends. We have a centralised fulfilment centre in Asia from where we ship all orders.

The average arrival time is 10-15 working days. But for timescales, please check out our shipping page for more details what happens once an order is placed and how long it will take to reach you. 

If however, you still have not received your products within the timescales mentioned, please contact us to bring it to our customer service team's attention, who will be more than happy to assist.

 

LOST, STOLEN AND UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

We take great pride in offering a great customer service and hold our customers with high regard.

But please note that we hold no responsibility for packages once they have been fulfilled and successfully shipped. As carriers are out of our control, we bare no responsibility nor guarantee a successful delivery of your package. Should a package be delayed or missing, please contact your local carrier.

However, due to our commitment to our customers, you could contact us (link) and our customer service team will try their best to help. 

 

ORDERS WITH INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Once an order is placed, it can no longer be modified. You can reach out to our customer service team who may be able to help but once it has shipped then there is nothing we can do.

Please review your order details and make sure they are correct. Any errors resulting in returns or missing packages will be dealt with accordingly at a cost to the purchaser.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to any country worldwide. Whether you live in Asia, Australasia, Europe, Middle East, North America, South America, Africa or anywhere else, we aim to ship to you. Remember shipping is FREE no matter where you live.

 

 WILL THERE BE DUTY OR CUSTOM CHARGES?

 Our products do not attract taxes or custom charges.

 However, because we ship to anywhere in the world, every country has different rules on taxes and customs so please check with your local authority. In the rare event that your package does attract extra charges, we will not be held responsible as it does not form part of the shipping costs, and will have to be dealt with by the purchaser.

 

 RETURNS

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended. If you want to cancel, you must notify our customer service team no longer than 1 hour after you placed the order !  

We work incredibly hard and our business is built on efficiency to avoid delays, so to eliminate problems and disruptions, we only have a limited time in which to make changes or cancellations.
